Hello!
I am a systems analyst, sometimes tech lead, sometimes team lead on various projects. I started my career in BARS in Kazan on projects of the Ministry of Health.
He was involved in the development of the Unified State Information System of Healthcare. Implemented the most complex projects in a team within unrealistic deadlines. Implemented 4 new information systems in healthcare.
Now I am a technical leader in the R&D team of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Techlead on the system analysis team
Central Bank of the RF - 09.2022 - nowI create and implement the core of the bank processing system. I interact with related teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. I design and write specifications for developers, as well as do routine work in the form of analyzing or writing legislation and documents on the project. I have an R&D team and therefore sometimes research technologies and approaches in development.
Achievements: implemented a specification template and described all kernel services according to it, conducted research on kafka starting from authorization to consensus methods, covered all services of the project with log events and launched architecture change of several services.

Head of System Analysis Department
BARS - 09.2021 - 09.2022I was in charge of organizing work in teams of various projects of the Unified Health Information System in BARS. There were 18 employees in direct subordination and a couple more teams in indirect subordination. Hired people, fired people, justified budgets to directors, etc. Was a "play trainer", in addition to managerial duties I was involved in the development and coordination of architectural solutions on the project. Organized and conducted system analysis training.

BARS - 06.2017 - 09.2021Created and maintained subsystems of UHIS. Was a product owner on projects. I did the full cycle of system development from requirements gathering to acceptance of tasks at industrial operation.
Achievements: Migrated 3 systems to a new stack and migrated all data with garbage cleanup. Implemented 2 new systems into production. Organized the work of several development teams and put them on Agile rails.
